I have taken (stolen really) some of Simon Bryant (The Cook and the Chef)’s recipes from when we made dumplings together a few years ago.
They are so delicious and this class is all about making a mess, creating your own dumpling shapes (and trying mine). I cook them whilst you keep on rolling, I will steam some and do ‘Pot Sticker’ which is crispy at the bottom and steamed through!

What do I need?
Our venue is not licensed so please BYO drinks (including alcohol) to enjoy with your food, there is no drinking for the first hour until all the chopping is done, then you are welcome to have a drink…don’t worry if you’re thirsty, we do provide water!
For ‘Hands On’ Classes
The group will be broken in to teams of 4 or 5 and each team will work together to prepare a selection of the recipes. We don’t have the time in the class for everyone to cook everything however you do get to EAT EVERYTHING!
Please wear flat, enclosed shoes have long hair tied up and sensible clothing (no flappy kaftans or tops), aprons are provided
For ‘Demo’ Classes
Just bring yourself, non of the above required!
Apart from that, bring yourself and a hunger to learn, cook and eat!
